Spectacular Scenery

Todmorden Golf Club extends a warm and friendly Yorkshire welcome to all our visitors, golfing societies, corporate clients and members.

Laid out in 1905, our superb par 68 course can justly claim to be one of the oldest, and most picturesque 9-hole golf courses in the United Kingdom, and with its narrow fairways, testing rough and excellent sculptured greens, Todmorden GC provides a real challenge for golfers of all abilities.

Set in the peaceful and rugged countryside of the Upper Calder Valley, Todmorden Golf Club, formed in 1895 is set on a plateau 400 feet above the historic town and enjoys magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding Pennines.

The Clubhouse, built in 1764, has been modernised to provide visitors with a relaxing atmosphere in which they can relate their day’s experiences over a well-earned drink and enjoy the hospitality of this most friendly club.

“We attended a recent open event at Todmorden Golf Club. A fabulous golf course high above the old town with stunning Pennine views.

Every hole offers a different challenge for all standards of golfer and the course was in immaculate condition. We look forward to returning next year!”
